The Dental Assistant Bullpen: A Smarter Solution to the Staffing Shortage
What if the answer to your dental assistant shortage isn’t finding an experienced assistant—but developing your own?

And when you’re short an assistant, the consequences go far beyond the inconvenience. Production suffers, schedules become disrupted, patients may need to be rescheduled, and the entire office feels the stress.
But thanks to today’s online training technology, I believe there is a better way to approach this problem.

One of the simplest and most effective ways to improve practice performance is to invest 10 to 15 minutes each morning in a well-organized team huddle.
